WIth an innate appreciation and love for music, Dominic and Angelo Pizarro began studying classical music at 3 1/2 and began performing duets when Dominic was seven and Angelo was four years old. With inspiration by the greats such as Gershwin, Ellington, Hamlisch and Sinatra to name a few, the Pizarro Brothers blossomed into renowned jazz and pop artists with featured performances on CBS, KUSI, Fox, top venues such as San Diego Symphony, Anthology, Croce’s, Little Italy Festa, and for events supporting Make A Wish, Ronald McDonald House, and The Rock Church. They have also opened for the legendary Marvin Hamlisch and closed for Michael Feinstein.
The Pizarro Brothers have captivated audiences on two pianos with their stylish renditions, improvisational and flawless synchronicity of great compositions and are very proud to be the lead musicians for Songs For Shelter. When not performing, Dominic, 19 years old, attends Cal State Long Beach and Angelo, 16, attends The Orange County School of the Arts.
